Less than a mile from Pleasant Bay and 4 minutes from nearby Wequassett Resort. An outdoor deck can seat 10. In the all-season sunroom just behind the dining space, you will find cozy lounging furniture. Adjacent to the dining room find the family room with couch and 51'' TV. Enjoy a new playground for children in the backyard.

Down the hall reveals a full bathroom with tub, one bedroom with queen bed, and another with a set of full bunk beds. On the upper floor find a master bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a large closet. On the newly finished ground floor for summer 2024 enjoy an additional bedroom, art room, full bathroom and large walkout room with a queen sleeper sofa.

Non-refundable $255.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance), plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. Pets considered on case by case basis for extra fee.
