We returned to the Cape after several years hiatus. We love Brewster and were looking for a home that would accommodate our family and well behaved dog. We found Greenland Pond, which looked so lovely, and we're so happy we chose this property.
Greenland Pond was just as pretty, clean, light & airy as pictured on line. The home is well appointed with everything we needed to head to the beach or relax at the end of the day.
The property is set in a beautiful neighborhood that was peaceful for walking our dog, yet close to everything. Its a very easy drive to the beaches, Brewster General Store, several restaurants, golf, and the grocery store. The patio and backyard had lots of seating and room for our boys & dog to play.
Christine was very pleasant and responsive from our first inquiry. We had a terrific week and highly recommend Greenland Pond!

We stayed at this house for 9 months off season and it was the most delightful and perfect experience for everyone in our family.

The house is tastefully renovated and furnished, with a keen and loving eye for modern design and functionality. It truly felt like a cozy and stylish home, not a rental.

Christine and Steve did an impeccable job of keeping charming original elements of the house while upgrading it to include all modern amenities, including modern bathrooms, top notch appliances, amazing heat and cooling, super comfy beds, as well as everything you need in the kitchen and beyond.

Our teen loved the furnished basement TV room and the house had plenty of space for sleepovers and privacy for everyone. The extra large primary bedroom is spectacular.

The house is flooded with gorgeous light, surrounded by majestic old trees and a beautifully landscaped yard that includes a seating area, a fire pit and a BBQ.
It is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with walking access to 2 ponds in which you can use the canoe that comes with the house.
It is also very close to popular restaurants and coffees shops in Brewster, shopping in Harwich and easy access to Route 6.

Christine and Steve were gracious hosts, responsive and kind. We could not have had a better experience and would come back in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!

You know it's a fantastic vacation home when you're as sad to say goodbye to the house as you are to the vacation. I honestly can't say enough good things about this property.

The location was perfect. Situated in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, this home was a wonderful place to relax. It was an easy walk to two neighborhood ponds, and we could also get to the beaches in Brewster, Orleans and Harwich in no time!

The house was extremely well equipped. Cookware, dishware, linens, toiletries ... we had everything we needed and then some. And the furnishings were as comfortable as they were attractive.

We had one small hiccup with a piece of faulty equipment, but Christine and Steve responded immediately and had the problem fixed in no time. Communication with both was pleasant and timely from the first contact to the last.

AMAZING vacation! We have rented on the Cape for 17 years and have never had such a positive experience. The home is immaculate, brand new, yet feels like home. Inside you find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths PLUS central air! Beautiful new kitchen and living room. Grounds outside are beautiful, quiet yet walkable to the pond. Added bonus is a firepit and Adirondack chairs plus a table for 6 to dine outside. Christine & Steve were extremely responsive on a few questions before and during our stay. We have stayed at another listing with the same hosts. Christine and Steve never fail to amaze us. This home has been refinished from top to bottom. It's right out of a magazine. The house is clean and feels like home. There is room for extended family. You can walk less than a 1/4 mile to one pond and 1/2 mile to Long Pond where you sit on a large dock and watch the sunset. The fire pit and outdoor dining is perfect for summer nights. The large kitchen with huge center Island made making family dinners fun and easy. Highly recommend!!! show more show less

Greenland Pond exceeded every expectation we had. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Everything is brand new. The mattresses were very comfortable. The yard and grounds are peaceful and spacious. The fire pit is a perfect place for smores or a glass of wine. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the town of Brewster and beaches are a short drive away. We also loved having access to Greenland Pond itself. We would definitely rent the house again!
