This spacious residence features two bedrooms with an additional sleeping area and three full baths, along with a beautiful backyard with outdoor shower and large deck with gas grill, umbrella, and seating for all! The property is located on a quiet side street only 2.5 miles from Linnell Landing Beach. On the first floor, the comfortably furnished living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The dining area has a dining set along with barstools for countertop seating. On the second floor is the spacious primary suite with a queen-sized bed, luxurious bathroom with jetted tub, along with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main floor also offers a queen-sized bed. There is additional sleeping space in the guest suite on the second floor with its own entrance, and has two twin over full bunk beds, a flat screen TV, full bath with walk-in shower, and a balcony.

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
