Spacious backyard patio with lounge area, grill fire pit and outdoor shower.

    We just spent three weeks at this gem of a cottage. The location was perfect for us. Down a private road but yet just minutes to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Brewster shops and restaurants, we could not have asked for a more special setting. We loved sitting outside in the peaceful back and side yards for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a quiet, wooded setting. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed and provided a great list of local restaurants, and grocery stores. Missing it already! show more show less

    Wonderful house had everything I needed. Great location, quiet yet convenient. Owner attentive. Place was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

    I grew up in Brewster. It is a wonderful to live and I hope you have the chance to visit.
    I own a real estate company with my father and try to get back to Cape Cod as often as possible.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is unique because it is on a quiet private road, but still close to many restaurants and the beach. Very peaceful and beautiful.

    What is special about your town?
    Although this property is located behind the Catholic Church, it is also within walking distance to beaches shops and restaurants. Great places to get lobster or an ice cream after visiting the beach.
