Serene Pondfront Retreat with Central AC

As we made the turn off to Rebecca/Michael's home – we were pleased from the get go. The house is located on a lane off of Main Street in Brewster. It is located on a non-swimmable pond; the area is wooded, quiet, and serene.

The home is just as described in the listing – a ranch home with ample room; a great porch; a enclosed porch off the main bedroom. The land around the home is lovely with a hammock, fire pit, and a ninja bar for kids.

The home is decorated with attention to detail and is equipped with everything one could desire in terms of kitchenware, tv, games, washer/drier, good internet, and comfy/elegant furniture. Numerous times during our week – we told Rebecca and Michael that we wanted to move in permanently.

The home is great for families/couples/a few friends.

Once we signed up for our week – Michael and Rebecca were ever attentive. Once we got to their home, their attention continued. They were super hosts. When texted with any question – they responded immediately. They provided us with a lovely guide to their home and the area. The walk to Cliff was a lovely walk through the backroads. Our only wish is that sometime in the future the pond that is next to the house would be swimmable.

Overall, we give Rebecca and Michael a 10+ for their responsiveness, kindness, helpfulness, and overall availability. We had no issues with the home during our stay – unlike last year when we rented a place and the refrigerator died and it took the owner a few days to get a new one. We had a great time and the place made it all seamless and easy.

We were lucky to be the first renters as well so the place felt extra special. We have only praise for Rebecca and Michael; we will rent again if life allows it; and we had no issues/problems during our stay. Thank you, Rebecca and Michael!

This Brewster home, with beautiful views of the pond, and large property, was private and peaceful. The house came with everything you need for a trip to a local bay beach; new chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels. The outdoor shower was the perfect spot to wash off the sand. The main living areas were large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 families and there were plenty of games, inside and out, for the kids to keep busy.
