Long wide private beach for just you and 3 cottages. The private beach is 360 ft long, as long as a football field!

This simple cottage with a lovely view of Cape Cod bay. Most renters want to spend the entire vacation on the porch watching the sunsets and the tide roll in and out. The stairs to the beach are 300 ft from your cottage. You have your own private large beach that is only for the 3 cottages and the manager. From your beach you can walk out 1 mile straight out at low tide and pick up shells from the ocean floor. This place is a beach walkers dream. You can walk along the beach in either direction for miles. Low tide is the perfect place for young children and families. The bay is much warmer than the National seashore and in the bay the waves are very gentle and safe. There is so much to explore. Brewster is a beautiful safe uncrowded town with great restaurants. All of the photos listed were taken on the property.

There is an eat in porch, with dining table and chairs and a comfortable rocker and chair. The small Master bedroom has a double bed. The living room has views of the gazebo and the bay. There is a small bunk bed room. There is a small full bath . The full kitchen has granite counters, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, table and chairs. A new mini-split provides heat and air conditioning.

The gazebo has one of the best sunset views in the east. We rent out 3 cottages on the bluff. The cottages are on the 3.5 acres on a gravel dead end road.

The is a large yard and plenty of parking. There is a large wide clean beach. When the tide is high the water will be over your head and at low tide you can walk out a mile. There is a large yard and beautiful hydrangea bushes in the summer and Montauk daisy bushes in the fall.

This is the second time we rented here. It is magical! The beach is large and private and great for kids. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. The cottages themselves are quite simple, but have everything you need for a great week at the beach. We have small kids and let them bring a few toys/games and their iPads for nighttime or rainy days as there is no television. I would recommend bringing all of your groceries for your stay because once you get there, you will not want to leave! And I don’t think there is a better view on the Cape for dinner than the front porch of these cottages. A true gem and wonderful hosts!

Other things to note :
These are old style and simple 'housekeeping' cottages. That means that renters bring all their own linens, sheets, & towels and leave the place broom clean.
