4. Many people have said this is the best view on the entire Cape. We have the highest spot between Truro and the bridge. You can see Provincetown monument and the Sagamore bridge. Named third ''Most Beautiful Coastal View'' in America by Travel & Leisure.
5. The Brewster flats. At low tide you can walk out on the ocean floor for almost a mile for an unique experience (listed in 1000 places to see before you die) for collecting shells, tidal pools, swimming, sports and an ever changing view.
6. High tide looks like a completely different place. We have some of the warmest water and gentle waves on the Cape. A safe, clean, wide beach perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking and stand up paddle board.
7. Fabulous restaurants within a few miles (Spinnaker, Kates, JT's, the Brewster Scoop ) We are two miles from the Cape Cod bike rail trail. Golf at the Captain Course. Many historic spots. Lakes.Free Cape cod League baseball games nearby. We are in the middle of the Cape, perfect for exploring.

10. Our renters who have been coming for over 20 years recommend doing nothing! Eat breakfast at grumpy's or APT. or Get your paper and coffee at the 200 yr old general store. Walk the flats, swim at high tide. Watch the tide roll in and out, sunset and watch the stars and meteor showers. Fall asleep listening to the waves.

The Cottage
The small master bedroom has a cool gel foam double bed. You can see the bay and hear the waves at night from your bed. The living room and full kitchen have views of the gazebo and Cape Cod bay. All the rooms are small. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. There's a half bath inside. The shower is outside. The shower has hot water and is private and attached to the cottage. Many renters say they want to install an outdoor shower after trying ours.



The cottage porch has one of the most beautiful views in the northeast. Most renters want to spend the entire vacation on the porch watching the sunsets and the tides roll in and out. You can see the entire Cape from the bridge to Ptown. The gorgeous beach is just down the stairs right out side your cottage. The beach is wide clean and safe and only for 3 cottages and the manager. This place is a beach walker's dream. You can walk along the beach in either direction for miles. When the tide is high, the water will be over your head. and at low tide you can walk out on the ocean floor for a mile. The bay is much warmer than the National Seashore, and the waves are very gentle and safe. Low tide is the perfect place for young children and families. From your beach you can walk out 1 mile straight out at low tide and pick up shells from the ocean floor. There is so much to explore. Brewster is a beautiful safe posh town with great restaurants, bike trails and golf. All of the photos listed were taken on the property!!

We have 3 cottages on the bluff. There is a large yard and beautiful hydrangea bushes in the summer and Montauk daisy bushes in the fall.

The town of Brewster
Brewster is a beautiful, quiet, safe town. There are beautiful houses and gardens. There is the old grist mill, kayaking, the Drummer Boy park, the Natural History museum and trails. The Brewster general store hasn't changed in a 100 years. Next door to it is Brewster Scoop ice cream. We love the Graham Central and Double Chocolate. There are many fun shops and art galleries. Try Marshside, Apt or Grumpy's for brunch. There are grocery stores in Orleans and Harwich, and several nearby convenience stores. Underpass Rd in Brewster has a great fish market, a famous bakery, and several good restaurants and take out places. Many guests like take out for dinner because the cottage has better views than any restaurant.
