Be one of the first families to stay in this newly renovated cottage! It is conveniently located a two minute walk to the Brewster General Store and Brewster Scoop for your morning coffee or evening treat!

This meticulously maintained and well planned house has an open floor plan to entertain and quiet spaces to enjoy your getaway. This house has all the amenities for a perfect getaway. Central AC, gas stove, wine fridge, two bathrooms, outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, screened porch and fun for all.

This home can comfortably sleep four adults or four adults and two children. The first bedroom has a queen bed and down a short hallway with a shared bath you’ll find the second bedroom with two twin beds. The yellow checked couch can also convert to a bed.

With a garage full of beach necessities, a well appointed home, and the fire pit in the yard, you’ll have the best vacation!

A well behaved dog current on flea/tick preventative and up to date on vaccines may be permitted.

Absolutely NO Smoking allowed on the property.

    Lovely spacious cottage!

    We so enjoyed our month here! The cottage is very spacious with all amenities needed. A large shaded yard was a joy for my pup to run around in and the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the Brewster flats and it was only a short drive to Naucet light beach. Very comfortable and attractive renovations made our stay so comfy! Thank you to Christie for those nice touches and to Kelsa for this wonderful spot! I'm hoping we can escape the heat down south again next year and this willl be our first choice! show more show less

    This house fit the bill for us in every way. It is not easy to find a dog friendly house on the Cape and we felt so lucky to be able to enjoy such a beautiful and well-designed home plus the huge private back yard. The humans and dog were most appreciative. The owners spared no expense in renovating this home and provided a kitchen better equipped than ours at home, quality towels for bath and beach, bikes, - anything we could think of, it was there. Last but not least was the warm and responsive personal attention from Christie, who was managing the property for the owner. Congratulations - you have created a gem. show more show less

    I have been vacationing in Brewster since I was born. My great grandparents and grandparents both had vacation houses in Brewster. Brewster is where my heart stays even though I am living full time in Potomac, MD.
    You can beat, Brewster Bay Beaches.

    Orleans Outer Beach are amazing, ice cream crawls and shops. I love clamming in Orleans, wondering around the dunes in the otter beaches, kayaking on the beautiful ponds and fishing (salt or fresh) The architecture and nature are two things that I adore about Cape Cod.

    Trips to Provincetown, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Wallet pack my summer days. There are many flea markets and town stores to browse...



    What is special about this property?
    This house is new! It's totally updated with brand new everything, awesome lighting, private backyard, and all the comforts of home. Many places to hang about - hammocks, swinging bench and the most comfortable yellow striped couch, in the world.
    Fully furnished and stocked with cooking supplies. I also love that you can walk to the General Store, Brewster Scoop and The Woodshed.
    This house has everything you'll need for your vacation!

    What is special about your town?
    The Sea Captain's town has the best beaches and sunsets on Cape Cod and probably the whole east coast! Award winning restaurants (Brewster Fish House), Spinnaker or the Ocean Edge Terrace provide lots of options.

    Brewster beaches are ideal for young children or those who enjoy walking the miles of flats during low tide. We're also fortunate to have a great location to access daily excursions to the Hyannis Ferry, Chatham Main Street, or Ptown.
