This home was just as described by owner, very clean, comfortable the home and grounds were wonderful. My family and I were able to enjoy the beautiful deck for a bbq. Inside was spacious, more than enough space at dining room table for dinners and games. It was close to both bay and ocean beaches. Enjoyed a beautiful sunset at Paines Creek. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend, anyone would surely enjoy. Hope to be back next year.

We were fortunate to secure this lovely house for a week in August 2020. Despite the unusually warm, muggy weather, the ductless a/c units kept the main and upper floors comfortable. We were able to have our family over for a cookout, featuring the brand new gas grill, on the deck. On the other days we served ourselves a late supper in the lovely dining room. We set out for the National Seashore beaches on most days, then returned to enjoy the outdoor shower. Each of the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were bright, airy and clean; we availed ourselves of the washer-dryer so that we would not deal with laundry upon our return from vacation! I must mention the scenic landscaped sunken backyard; even my older brother (not known for appreciating garden aesthetics) called it lovely! An important note: as this was the pandemic Summer, we appreciated that the owner apprised us of the Covid precautions before we even completed booking the property; he was very attentive to all state Covid restrictions and had hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes ready for us upon our arrival. We had a wonderful week-long stay in Brewster this summer. This house is tucked away in a private setting with beautiful gardens and multiple levels of decks. The deck off the kitchen was perfect for our morning coffee and grilling dinner. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Nice, open living space, large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, and a bright, clean outdoor shower. The kids loved having their own space in the basement t.v. room, which doesn't feel like a basement at all, as it is bright and cheery with sliding doors to the backyard.

It's in the perfect location, super-quick drive to Brewster beaches, great restaurants and shops. And maybe a 20 minute drive to the Sound side beaches. Short walk to beautiful Sheep Pond was a bonus.

Owners were friendly and responded promptly to our questions. We highly recommend this home, and are hoping to return next summer! show more show less
