Our beautifully landscaped house is a 10-minute walk to the beach and has been recently updated with new furniture and amenities. Enjoy beautiful views of the nature preserve from the deck, where you can hear birds by day and frogs at night. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for kids riding bikes and playing in the circle in front of the house. Access favorite Cape Cod attractions nearby, including the famous Brewster Store, Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Brewster Whitecaps summer league baseball. The Brewster Fish House and Brewster Coffee shop are just down the street.

The house has three bedrooms (king, full, and two twin beds) and two bathrooms. A full size eat-in kitchen walks out to a large deck with comfortable seating overlooking the nature preserve. The kitchen has a new stovetop/oven and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and a Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable family room where the TV has Netflix, YouTube TV, and local stations. WiFi is included. Each room has USB ports for charging your devices and phones. The basement has a new washing machine and dryer.

    The house is comfortable, homie, uncluttered, with nice decor - it has a classic Cape Cod feel. It is quiet - located at the end of a cul de sac. And the parking is easy as the area in front of the garage is large enough to easily 3-point turn an SUV.
    There's a nice deck that looks out over nature - a great place to have meals.
    The location is convenient - close to the Rail Trail, pickleball/tennis courts, beaches, eateries, and bike/kayak rental.

    I have been renting this house for 6 years, but it has been in the family over 30 years. I live in Marblehead MA and frequently use the house for my family. My kids have grown up during the summers and experienced all what the cape offers.
