This was our first time renting this cottage in Brewster. We loved it and already made arrangements to go back next year. The cottage was very roomy for my family. Kids loved the outdoor shower. We loved that it was on a quiet road. Very close to the beautiful bay beaches. Our weather was perfect and the yard was very spacious.

We had a wonderful week at Brenda's place in Brewster. The house is so pretty both inside and out! Completely private idyllic yard with lovely plantings and flowers, a number of seating areas, fire pit, great grill, umbrella, bird feeders, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella and a wagon in the shed. Inside the house there were so many thoughtful touches, everything from coasters, hand towels, hand soap, bath mats, kleenex, citronella candles, luggage racks, bug spray, vacuum, a yoga mat, and even a lighted magnifying makeup mirror. There were lots of shelves and storage in both bathrooms and spacious closets in every room. We had space for all. Loads of seating at the table and couch and we also enjoyed great TV channels in the media room. Beds were very comfortable, lots of blankets, pillows and coverlets. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more including a coffee grinder, waffle iron, slow cooker, lobster pot, hand mixer, kitchen shears, ice cream scoop, just to name a few. Great washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge, too. Air conditioning worked fine and appreciated the dehumidifier. Really enjoyed sitting outside with the birds and looked forward to the daily visits from the cutest bunnies. The outdoor shower was a bonus. Parking was easy, lots of spots, and the lane is quiet and private. It is an awesome location - an easy walk to the beach, the Brewster General Store and many restaurants, trails, and other attractions. Will be back!! show more show less

We rented Brenda & Paul's house for 4 weeks this past summer. The house is very secluded and quiet, yet close enough to walk to some downtown locations. There is ample parking for guests. Getting to the bike path is more of a bike ride versus a short walk, unless there was some short cut that I didn't know about. Although you could probably walk (or definitely bike) to some of the beaches, if you are lugging a bunch of stuff, it's much easier to drive.

Brewster is a quaint little town, a bit off the beaten path from some of the more crowded touristy parts of the Cape. show more show less

We had a great week at this warm, cozy and fully equipped home! The location couldn't be better for being so close to downtown Brewster - the General Store and the Scoop were walking distance. Several beach options are within a 5 minute drive or short bike ride.

The home itself was updated, comfortable and clean - the yard, ping pong table room and corn hole offered a great escape for the kids. We loved sitting outside under the umbrella watching the hummingbirds! The owners were fantastic and ultimate hosts - thought of all the little details in making us comfortable. Our group of 10 friends planned for a relaxing trip to the Cape and found everything we had hoped for at this lovely home in Brewster. The property is private and beautifully maintained with a natural, carefree Cape Cod feel. It's located within walking distance to the Brewster general store for tasty treats as well as to a bay-side beach while being just a short car ride to groceries and restaurants.

This spectacular home had many amenities that made our visit enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Everything was cozily decorated and well-maintained. The beds were super comfy too!

There are lots of activities to enjoy in the Brewster area - beaching, fishing, antiquing and shopping to name a few. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs both inside the home and out for card games and bird-watching. There's even a hammock nestled in a relaxing spot for that afternoon nap! Corn-hole games and ping-pong tournaments added to the vacation fun as well.

Thanks to our memorable trip, we look forward to our next Cape visit - and there's no doubt we will stay at this property in the future!

My wife and I stayed at this house with a group. We found it very well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of room for 8 people. The house has been updated in most rooms, and it was a delight to stay there. The outdoor area comes with a grill and game area, and there's a building in the back that contained a ping-pong area. Plenty of parking and location off the main travel areas (but close enough for morning coffee) completed the picture for us.

In summer it would be an easy and short trip to the beach, and there are several hiking trails nearby also. All in all, it was a great place for our group! show more show less

We enjoyed everything about this house . Plenty of room for everybody . It was clean and neat . Beds were very comfortable . Bathrooms were all up to date . We were lucky to have beautiful weather so the short walk to the beach was very enjoyable . At night we could escape to the large outside shed and have a ping pong tournament with some friends . The morning before heading home we had breakfast outside and enjoyed the smell of the "Cape " and natural scenery. The house is set back off the road so it is very private. We were absolutely thrilled to begin our 16th annual summer vacation in Cape Cod at this amazing Brewster home. The cottage is perfectly situated—an ideal location in proximity to the most beautiful of Cape Cod beaches, and the iconic Brewster Flats. It is within walking distance to many beautiful bayside beaches, walking trails, and wonderful Brewster restaurants and shops.

The cottage is set back from the road on a private large lot. The landscaping was just beautiful. The outdoor shower, outdoor seating options around the entire property, hammock for relaxing with a book, and clubhouse shed with pingpong (the favorite spot for our kiddos) are just some of what we enjoyed!

Upon entering the home, it was immaculate, with modern finishes yet the charm of the iconic Cape Cod experience. The flow of the space was ideal for our family of six, with room to spare. We were so impressed with the space, and the many amenities. We enjoyed dinners inside at the large dining table, as well as outside at the many options on the property in the fresh air. The media room, spacious open concept and fully stocked cooks kitchen, washer and dryer, A/C units, large modern bathrooms, and comfortable spacious bedrooms, provided the convenience of home while providing comfort for our family vacation. The master bedroom with double doors opening up to a private deck was perfect for an evening retreat, and relaxing with a morning coffee.

The owners were so accommodating, and made our vacation so pleasant. We had so many memorable moments here to last a lifetime, and look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend for an authentic and special Cape Cod vacation experience!
