Mim's cottage quickly became one of our favorite places to visit. The cottage has been thoughtfully built and maintained to provide a great stay. We are repeat visitors and staying at Mim's is something we look forward to. CJ and Bob are friendly and welcoming, and genuinely want you to have a great vacation.

The cottage is inviting, clean and comfortable from the awesome outdoor shower to the back deck. It has a cozy cottage feel, but with excellent added comforts like a full washer and dryer and central AC. (So nice to have the w/d and AC!) They even have a few bikes to borrow if you don't bring your own.

Nestled in a lovely spot it feels like you are in the middle of a rolling green pasture. The huge yard allows soccer games, wiffle ball, etc. Inevitably you will end up in a family game of bocci (or many). The location is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and activities, and there is a grill which makes it perfect to grill out and relax on the porch.
Mim's is convenient to everything Brewster has to see and do, and yet the best may just be a swim at Paine's followed by grilling on the back porch. show more show less

My mom and I rented "Mim's Cottage" for a long weekend and it was truly perfect in every way! CJ was responsive, accommodating and SO KIND. The cottage is spotless, beautifully furnished, cozy and private. We spent two mornings having breakfast in the sunshine on the deck with the birds, bunnies and chipmunks. The beds were comfortable, the updated bathroom is wonderful, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is cozy/spacious.

The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and shops...yet tucked away for relaxing. The lawns and flowers are gorgeous! We'll be back soon - thank you, CJ! show more show less

What an adorable cottage tucked among the tree-canopied winding roads of Brewster, MA! My friend Linda and I found the perfect spot in paradise from which to start our adventure. The cottage was immaculate, the hosts were outstanding and the acreage surrounding the cottage was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed spending time on the deck having morning coffee or afternoon wine while listening to a variety of birds and the wind gently swaying the branches of the multitude of trees.

The cottage had everything needed to make our visit one of the most memorable I’ve ever experienced. From the well equipped kitchen to the lush linens, it felt comfortable and cozy. What an amazing getaway at such an affordable price! After checking other options, we believe our selection of Mim's Cottage was the best! A HUGE THANK YOU to Bob and CJ who greeted us upon our arrival and were the perfect hosts, always available for any questions we had. From the wonderful welcome gift of scrumptious blueberry jam from Vermont, to the beautifully landscaped acreage making our cottage so private, our stay was incredible. It was a perfect cottage for our family of 3. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Mim's Cottage is well maintained and is fully updated. Conveniently located close to the Brewster General Store as well as restaurants such as Kate's Seafood and the Brewster Inn & Chowder House.

My wife and I, along with our two daughters, stayed in Mim's cottage for two weeks at the beginning of August and we plan on returning next summer. The cottage was updated recently and has every modern amenity you would need: dishwasher, washer/dryer, appliances, and central air that kept us cool and comfy during a heat wave.

The grounds are beautiful with bountiful blueberry bushes and a short walking trail. The bocce court kept us entertained as we held a two-week long family competition. The location is great, close to Robbins Hill Beach, the Brewster Store, and Luke's.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Mim's Cottage. The cottage was as described, clean and updated, everything you need, and set way back from the road. The owners, CJ and Bob, live on the property and are great people, and even left us a welcome gift bag. There is also an antique house restoration project going on at the property but did not disturb us in any way. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the morning and evening (and using the grill) which overlooks the beautiful grounds. Enjoyed the spacious enclosed outdoor shower after the beach. Weather was perfect so we had a lot of beach time. Brewster beaches are great for walking at low tide and swimming/floating at high tide. We prefer this side of the Cape (6A side) for it' charm and low-key pace. Thanks, CJ & Bob, for your hospitality. Hope to return. show more show less

Have you ever discovered a restaurant that you can’t believe is so GREAT that you just don’t want anyone to know about it? Because when they find out about it, you won’t be able to get a table.

That is what this beautiful cottage is like. We spent a week here and I hated to leave. Everything about this home is perfect. The property, the bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, the outdoor deck, the outdoor shower, the grill, even bicycles and games. It could not be any more welcoming or CLEAN. The host has provided you with everything you need for a perfect vacation. If she could promise perfect weather, she would. I mean everything. This home is fully equipped. Beautiful kitchen with all supplies and equipment.

We were met with a lovely welcoming package, and it just kept getting better. The house is close to the beach and is set in a beautiful and peaceful, private property.

I highly recommend this beautiful rental, and we hope to return. Make your reservations early to get that good table. People are going to find out about it. show more show less

Wonderful week in a quiet, peaceful setting with all the modern conveniences you'll ever need! The wonderful owners were always close by if we needed anything and they even helped us when we had a dead car battery! Such lovely, genuine people. I would most definitely rent again!

Our family of four stayed a week at Mim's cottage and we can't say enough good things about it. It is everything Cape Cod should be! Walking distance to two beaches, the Brewster Country Store and Kate's, Unlike many places we have stayed on the Cape, this cottage is secluded (on several acres off a quiet rode north of 6A) and quiet . We all slept in until 9:30 most days! We would hardly call this a cottage, the rooms were hotel quality, but the convenience of a kitchen, laundry and outdoor shower were far better than any hotel I could imagine.

I never do reviews, but Char and Bob were such terrific hosts that I wanted to spread the word on this amazing Cape find. show more show less
