Such a gorgeous clean house in a beautiful location!
The house is well equipped. The property manager is wonderful and attentive. This house is cozy, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing week by the ocean. Our week was spent with walks to the ocean, relaxing on the lawn, grilling at home and biking without stop! That's when we weren't going to the beach, we were hiking on local trails or heading to local Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters. We loved all of it!!! We really liked dinners on the back deck and walks to the beach.

The owners of this clean, true-to-the-listing house were responsive and great to deal with, but you won't need much communication because there were simply no issues with the rental. The house, with plenty of light on a quiet, private street, with a private patio, had everything we needed, and more . . . even sharp kitchen knives. Great vacation!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this charming Cape Cod house. The owners were very easy to work with, professional and responsive. The house itself was well-furnished and cozy. The owners are very thoughtful and considerate – house was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed spending time at the house, in the sun room, and the patio.

The house itself is very conveniently located for different activities – walking distance to Crosby Landing, easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park, day trips around Cape Cod, and grocery stores. We hope to return to this house again in the future. show more show less

We highly recommend this property! The location near town and bike path while also set on a private road with private short walk access to and from gorgeous quiet Brewster Bay, and the comfort and great amenities provided at this spacious house made for the ideal beach vacation. Seven of us had lots of room to spread out inside and outside. The dining room, kitchen, and patio tables are large for family meals prepared in the large full kitchen or grilled on the cleanest barbecue and for game playing at night. Beds are very comfortable, and the house has a true Cape feel with lots of windows and light. Very clean, and well kept. Morning birds and wild turkeys add to the local charm. 3 minute walk over to the Cape Rep theater for fun shows for kids and adults. The outdoor shower was a treat after fun days at the beach and kept the sand outside. Great vacation spot, we would love to be able to return, and thanks to the owners! show more show less

Stayed at this property for a week and had a fabulous experience. This is our third year at this property.

Amenities for adults and young children are thoughtfully provided. The location is great. A short walk to Brewster Bay and the wonderful high and low tide experiences, with clear and warm water. You can walk through the backyard to Cape Repertory Theater in Nickerson State Park for kids and adult productions. Bikes for a variety of ages are provided by the host, as are other beach friendly amenities. Very nice to be able to bike to the beach and on the bike path.

The house has ample inside and patio dining seating. Very comfortable and well furnished living areas. This laid back beach cottage that provides a wonderful vacation opportunity.

We had such a lovely stay! The house had everything we needed, with a beautiful backyard for cookouts. It’s only a short walk to the beach, which was never crowded. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! This is the perfect place to enjoy the Cape. We will definitely be back!

We rented this cottage while on holiday from Scotland. It has a relaxing atmosphere and very clean comfortable accommodation. It has great facilities and a fantastic location both for touring the Cape and for walking to the beach ( which can be accessed by a short walk ) There are also bikes in the garage which can be used on the local cycle trails. The beach is truly beautiful and is one of the nicest we've visited in the Cape Cod area. The patio area to the rear of the property is spacious with an outdoor shower which everyone enjoyed using. There was also a gas barbeque which we used on a couple of occasions.

My family rented this house for Father's Day weekend this year and it was perfect. The house is clean and spacious. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 grown children. The walk to the beach was quick, and the beach is just beautiful. We had breakfast on the patio and enjoyed the quiet, private setting. I highly recommend staying at this property. The owners were great and very accommodating.
