We really enjoyed our vacation in this lovely home. Close to ponds and Brewster beaches. The house had so much to offer and was incredibly clean and comfortable with a fantastic yard.

Our family of four had a great time staying at this lovely home in July and would definitely go back. The owners were responsive and helpful with questions throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely visit to this property. Tucked away from busier Brewster roads and on a dead end, our family of 7 was able to relax outside without noise, or fear of kids running into the road. The deck was lovely and big enough to sit all of us for lunches. The kids enjoyed playing in the very generous sized basement. All the rooms were well sized, and comfortable. The kitchen/living room was perfect for evening reading and hand sewing! Beth was amazing to work with and very responsive and kind. We have already inquired about staying again next year!

What a great place! We had so much fun, once again, staying here. Absolutely love the deck and hammock, as well as the outdoor shower!! The 2 minute walk to the pond for kayaking was the BEST! Can't say enough about the house and all it has to offer. Can't wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this charming Cape Cod house. Beth was wonderful to work with and responsive. The house itself was well-furnished and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was modern and well-equipped. We enjoyed eating meals together on the deck. The central A/C was great to have during hot, humid days. The hammock was one of the highlights of the house – perfectly situated under two trees - a wonderful, relaxing place to read a book or take a nap with the gentle summer breeze. We biked frequently on the Cape Cod Rail Trail using the nearby access and took evening walks to the nearby pond. We would highly recommend this house to others.

The location is perfect - so close to the beaches, bike path, restaurants and shopping. The house is clean and the amenities are wonderful! We loved the outdoor shower and enjoyed our dinner on the deck. The house is also spacious - the perfect size for our family. We hope to return next summer.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. There are several outdoor spaces to relax, read, play yard games, fire pit etc.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The finished basement is a great place for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed walking to the lake for a swim.

Beth is a great host and was eager to ensure we had whatever we needed to make our stay comfortable.

First off Beth the owner was very gracious and inviting her rental home is a lovely home. I have rented MANY beach houses over the years and most have the dollar store decorations and are just a place to land for a week. Beth's house is lovely and tastefully decorated. The sleeping accommodations are nice. Two large bedrooms on the second floor and a nice full bath. 1st floor another nice bedroom and 1/2 bath with a great kitchen that has all your amenities. Beth has a nice supply of dishware, pots and pans, utensils.

Bring Sheets and Towels that's about all you'll need except for your personal items. Lots of games in the downstairs closet for rainy days. There also was a nice finished basement with a Bathroom and a shower. We didn't need to utilize the space other than the bathroom. The deck off the kitchen was nice and there was a fire pit (We didn't get a chance to use but looked inviting) there also was a nice gas grill that we did use! The flowers around the house were beautiful.

The location is on a quiet dead end street but close to main highways and within minutes to many great restaurants, shopping and the bay. Also a short drive to beaches! We were 5 adults and we loved the peace and quiet but I am sure that families would love this house as well.

We are hoping to make it back to the beautiful cape and stay in this lovely home again.

This was our first rental on the cape and we were delighted by the house. Beth was very easy to work with and made sure we had all the info we needed. We had 5 people there most of the time and the house was plenty spacious and convenient. It is up to date and well maintained. We used the rail trail several times during our stay, going both east and west. We liked the bay beaches to the north and ocean beaches to the south. You can also walk to Seymore pond and hang out on its beach or go in the water.

Next time we stay mid-cape, we're definitely going to rent this house again.

This was a very relaxing vacation. This home is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, probably the best I have slept in. The basement was finished and spacious, great for kicking back. It has a large deck and is surrounded my many beautiful flowers. This house is located on a private lot. I wouldn't change a thing. We stayed in this fantastic home during the first week of August and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The home is lovely and has all the amenities that you'll need to enjoy the beauty of the Cape! As we were leaving, we all said, " Can't wait to come back next year"! Looking forward to booking this peaceful home again this summer.

My granddaughters & I recently stayed in this beautiful home. The owners have an eye to detail in all areas of the needs of "guests" while in their home. It's well-maintained, well-appointed, very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our "home away from home."

We had a great week. The location and the house are terrific and the amenities create a very satisfying place for a family vacation. The house is clean, modern and cozy. This house feels far away yet close to everything - the bay beaches, fresh water ponds, bike trails. There is a fire pit at the backyard where you could get together at night and talk about the passed day and the plans for tomorrow. I couldn't recommend the house more highly and would not hesitate to rent again if we were to go back to the Cape.

My family rented this home last week and it is just perfect! It has everything you would want or need for a relaxing and entertaining vacation. The three bedrooms are spacious and all offer tons of drawer and closet space to unpack. This is surprisingly rare in rentals and I hate living out of my suitcase so this was greatly appreciated! With six of us in the house, we loved having the 2 1/2 baths - very convenient! And while you don't want to spend all your time inside, it's nice - at night - to have two different living rooms. Our kids loved having their own space in the finished basement! Outside is a lovely patio with a picnic table for meals, a comfy hammock, a fire pit, and plenty of other seating to enjoy the spacious yard and quiet neighborhood.

Brewster is also an ideal location to enjoy all on its own or as a jumping off point for the rest of the Cape. Chatham is just ten minutes away. The drive-in theater in Wellfleet, just 30 minutes away. Nauset Beach - 15 minutes. Nickerson State Park is ten minutes away and offers great hiking and biking trails. The neighborhood pond is a five minute walk away - it's a lovely pond with a small sandy beach. You can get onto the Cape Cod Bike Trail very easily from this location. We were never at a loss for things to do with so many things nearby!

The owner Beth is a joy to communicate with and was so helpful! We would definitely return to this house for our next Cape vacation! Thank you for a great stay!

Summer isn't complete without our annual trip to Cape Cod ! Brewster is our favorite spot ! Awesome beaches all around, quaint town with so much to offer. As we outgrew our place of 23 plus years, we found this beautiful home to spend our annual vacation at! It was the perfect size, plenty of room for everyone. It is beautifully decorated, maintained and very clean. Lovely yard with side deck to enjoy cookouts and beautiful summer nights ! If it's too warm out or you've had too much sun, the central air comes in handy. Very quiet neighborhood and lovely area to take walks to the lake. You can't go wrong renting this beautiful home. Beth is wonderful to rent from! And very willing to offer many suggestions if you're a first timer on the Cape! Thanks, Beth, for having such a beautiful home to share!

Stayed here July 4 - July 18 2015. Home had great amenities, central air being one of them. Beds were comfortable. Nice deck to dine outside. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The ride to Nauset Beach was a bit over a 15 minute ride. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is close enough to bike to some wonderful attractions for children and adults alike, such as Seymour Pond and the Brewster Coffee Shop, and just a quick drive to numerous beaches, shops, restaurants and the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. We can’t wait to return to this perfect vacation spot!

This lovely saltbox colonial contains the essence of Cape Cod charm with all the modern amenities you need! The whole house has been lovingly renovated with gorgeous wainscoting and colors that evoke the ocean, scrub pines, and hydrangea that abound on the Cape. The three bedrooms are meticulously appointed with beautiful linens--everything is always clean and neat and cozy when we arrive. We are repeat renters and we have such a lovely time every time we stay!
