We've rented this fabulous, fun, and fantastic house for the last three summers for one week. The house is lovely and includes an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor shower, and a terrific porch for reading and relaxing.

The sandy beach is literally your back yard. It's great for walking, swimming, watching the tide come in and out, and enjoying stunningly beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for a quintessential Cape Cod vacation right on the water where you can commune with Nature, look no further. This is it. We have been vacationing in this cottage for the past 10 years. You can't beat the location! It is great for kids and adults. No fighting crowds on the beach. On a clear day, you can see Pilgrim Monument directly across the bay. At night you can watch the beautiful sunsets and then are treated to the beauty of cottage lights dotting the coastline up to Eastham while you fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

If your kids like to go crabbing, the jetty is perfect for that. You can take long walks along the beach, or have easy access to the bike trail.

The cottage easily fits our family of 5, although we spend most of our time outside. We love Brewster Dunes and come back year after year! show more show less
