Luxury near Paine's Creek Beach

Upon arriving to this beautiful property, we all exhaled an "Ahhhhhhh". The house is majestic to drive up to with beautifully manicured property.

When we walked in, the teens all screeched with joy seeing the huge open dining/kitchen/living room. I felt giddy knowing that we found this perfect gem. The kitchen/dining room has a wall of windows and sliding glass doors overlooking beautiful trees and the water. The Chef's kitchen was beautiful with top notch appliances and had everything needed to cook gourmet meals.
The house is big enough to accommodate a large party, yet feels cozy with private nooks to relax both inside and out. I worked from the back porch enjoying the surrounding wildlife-both flora and fauna, breathing in the calm of the singing birds and breezes.

There was ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom was our private oasis featuring top of the line fixtures. The beds throughout the home were new and comfortable. The whole house was spotlessly clean.

The living room was super comfortable with cozy couches and a large coffee table. There are many games at the house, so we all enjoyed a game night. There is another seating space off to the side. .
We all enjoyed driving or walking to different beaches in the early evenings and enjoying magnificent sunsets.

And we made many stops to walk down to the water and swim in the ocean.

Our annual summer family vacation in Brewster. First time renting from John and Kathy. The house was beautiful and fully equipped for everything you shall need. John and Kathy were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Enjoyed a great week. Love the house and location! We will be back next year. Thank you John and Kathy!!

This special home provided us with comfort, privacy, and a short walk to Paines Creek. We had a wonderful 2 weeks, with extended family and friends. John and Kathy are wonderful hosts. All the essentials are provided. You only need your clothes, and personal items. Plenty of bikes, games, beach chairs. (and Kate's seafood is right next-door, Yum)

I highly recommend this property. It just doesn't get any better!!

We absolutely loved our stay during summer of 2021 - the Cape was busier than we'd ever seen it - so we spent more time at the house than we expected to - and we're so glad we did. The kitchen has everything you could need - the beds are comfy- the towels are numerous - and for our family with two young kids, the large and flat yard and the huge deck, were just perfect (as was the selection of beach and yard toys!). Our only "complaint"? The fact that the proximity to Kate's delicious seafood and ice cream left us with a few more pounds on our waists than we'd arrived with! show more show less

We spent Memorial Day Weekend at this beautiful home, which turned out to be a perfect location for us. It is well equipped with everything you will need to complete your stay. Nearby is Kate's Seafood and Ice Cream, owned by the homeowners. We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood as well as the ice cream! The area is quiet and within walking distance to the ocean. I would not hesitate to rent again.

We have stayed at this wonderful Cape house a number of times in October. It's a walk right down the road to the beach. Many shops and businesses are still open until after Columbus Day, and the streets and roads are not crowded. I look forward to my yearly sojourn to this Cape Cod Haven.

We stayed at this beautiful rental when we were on the Cape for our wedding. This lovely home was everything as described and as it appears in the photos. It was extremely clean, well kept and nicely appointed. It's just a short walk to the wonderful Paines Creek beach, where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets, and very conveniently located to other amenities. Another bonus is the fact that the home is located directly behind Kate's which has delicious food and ice cream! John & Kathy were very nice and accommodating. This was my second stay this year at this lovely Brewster home. This time I brought back a number of friends to enjoy the house in the off season. Although it rained nearly the whole weekend, our stay was special......lovely kitchen to cook a big dinner for everyone.....warm, inviting home and close proximity to the beach, which makes it ideal for anyone who desires a lovely walk to the beach or lovely shopping right around the corner! This lovely, spacious home was perfect for our family members as we gathered to celebrate a family 60th wedding anniversary in Brewster. The house layout accommodated 3 families very comfortably. We loved the front porch and rockers as well as the very large back porch for evening cook-outs. The home's close proximity to Paine's Creek Beach (1/2 mi.) was an added bonus. Will be back again!!

Planned a last-minute golf weekend with some friends and found this fantastic place. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the owners were great to deal with. We had a super time grilling on the deck and taking in some excellent Cape golf, so much so that we might even return with the wives next time.
