We have been coming to Cape for eight years now and we have stayed in so many homes & cottages! When we walked in and saw the beach decor and colors and how clean it was we knew this home is by far one of the most amazing properties we've ever had the pleasure of staying in!

It's centrally located to everything Brewster has to offer! It is our new go to for each upcoming stay! This house is large yet cozy enough for couples. It is breathtaking at sundown with its 2 outdoor decks and well maintained yard. Grab your bottle of wine and hit the upper deck to enjoy the ocean and you can hear the waves coming in! The house has everything you can think it is so well stocked all you have to do is bring your sheets and towels and love for The Cape!

This house is perfect for 2 families with its 5 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 living room floor plan you have the privacy you need at the end of the day! The back yard is very private and has all you need to BBQ and relax it has turkeys and bunnies strolling thru the large yard!

Now the ocean is the 2nd best part of your stay here! You go out your front door and you can go right or left and in 2 minutes you are feet in the sand! Deb and her husband are terrific hosts and so easy to work with they have the house stocked with everything from coffee maker to beach toys.

Now if you don't feel like cooking you can take a 5 minute walk up to JT's seafood! Or just turn the bend from JT's and you can go to the neighborhood tavern for a Cape IPA! Cumberland Farms is right next-door and across the street is the Brewster bookstore! All your needs are here with this home! Great for 2 families or a couple! We truly truly enjoyed our stay and are so sad to leave!

This place has it all! Easy 3 min walk to beach, outdoor shower when you get back, plenty of space and privacy for large family or friend gatherings to vacation comfortably. We cook large meals every night with the kids. The backyard a great large space to grill, chill or have kids run around. Our group has been coming here making memories for 6 straight years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We literally count the days til the next year! So Fun!

We have been staying at this house for several years and you can't beat it. The beach is about a three minute walk and it's absolutely beautiful. Walk five minutes on the road to JT's restaurant for seafood and ice cream. Outdoor or indoor dining. About a half mile away is the Cape Cod rail trail. Take it to Nickerson state park, or just for a ride/run on the trail. The kitchen as well appointed and house is great for a larger family/group. The outdoor shower is amazing after a day at the beach. The second refrigerator in the basement is super helpful. You won't regret staying at this Brewster house! show more show less
