I booked this house as it appeared to be perfect for myself and my extended family. I need a place that would sleep 13 people comfortably, as well as easy access for my older parents. This house was PERFECT. There were comfortable beds on the 3 floors. Everything was well maintained and clean upon our arrival. Everyone was pleased, and the kitchen and living area are a dream. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, and appliances, cooking pots, etc., for us to feel right at home.
/>The front porch was a lovely place to sit, especially with the beautiful garden in full bloom and it smelled wonderful. We enjoyed a walk to the beach, though with traffic and no sidewalks I wouldn't recommend taking little ones on that trek. The public beach had reasonable parking and we had a great time. There is plenty to explore nearby and a guest book that helps you find everything you need. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. show more show less

Cindy and Gerry's house is the perfect blend of comfort and style. The accommodations were exactly as described and the layout was perfect for our gathering; the cathedral ceiling of the large family room with a projection tv right off the well appointed kitchen with island seating and a large table area are all connected creating the perfect hang out. And the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms throughout were clean and inviting upon our arrival. The deck and grill were used often and we loved the front communication with Gerry was open and easy, and we touched base a few times during our stay. I'd highly recommend their home and hope we get the opportunity to return.

House a perfect fit for our family,with plenty of room for all.Our host Gerry and Cindy were very accommodating even providing a kcup coffee maker when I ask if there was a Kuerig at the house. Also projection TV was enormous and great for watching football on Sunday.We also made use of the ping pong table in the garage having some great match with my son's and grand children. Gerry and Cindy's home in Brewster was amazing! I recently stayed there for a bachelor/ette weekend with 12 people and everybody was impressed. The house itself was beautiful with ample bedrooms and couches for everyone to sleep comfortably, and 3 bathrooms to share as well. We loved the open concept kitchen/living room, the projector screen was great at night and the sound system was perfect for playing music. We also loved both the front porch and deck for grilling. Plus the yard and outdoor shower were great for after the beach! It was also great that Gerry and Cindy provided all the towels and some beach chairs/accessories. I would recommend this to a large group without a doubt!

Gary was super responsive and hooked us up really quick which was great since we were already in the area searching for an immediate solution for our accommodation. The house had everything you might need for a vacation from kitchen equipement, bbq, ping pong tables, table games, projector for movies, dvd's, towels, sheets, blankets, beach chairs.....etc. Gary also was super welcoming and responsive when there was a little problem with the hot water and came by to fix it right away also bringing us gas for our bbq and some oysters!! if you want a homy place for a relaxing vacation I wouldn't think twice..

We were recently married and given the size of the group we needed a large house with ample space in the dennis / brewster area. We could not have chosen any better. The house has fantastic amenities and was perfectly suited for us. The house is very spacious and has a lovely large garden that the kids played in for hours on end. The front porch was a perfect spot to sit and end the evening or watch the break of day. The owners were first class with all their interactions - always on point with excellent communication. My family had a wonderful vacation staying in Brewster. The house was immaculate and we didn't have to bring anything else besides ourselves and our clothes. Everything is included, neat and clean! The finishes were impeccable and we felt right at home! 12 of us stayed in the house, and the rooms were so quiet and separated you almost felt like you were in a hotel because you weren't on top of one another. The front porch was heaven to sit on, the neighborhood is quiet and I don't think in the week we stayed we heard or saw any other neighbors. All you could hear is the birds and insects, so peaceful. The backyard was equally as tranquil and the hammock and recliners were used often for relaxing, reading a book or having some tea. The beach down the road was a great way to spend afternoons or early evenings. The bike trail is not too far from the house and we would recommend you do that while staying, it's a great day activity. We will absolutely rent again and cannot wait to plan our next stay here! show more show less

Our large family had a destination wedding at Ocean Edge and this house was perfect for two families to stay. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need or want. This house has 3 floors and plenty of room to be with people or to be alone if you wish. Definitely need to consider this home if you want to have a great time at the Cape.

What an amazing house! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved how spread out the house was and we could have some privacy but still hang out together. It was a great place for a family reunion get-together for the wedding. It was only about 6 miles to Oceans Edge so that worked out perfectly. The kids loves the big back yard and the projection tv. We loved all the details in the house and it had all the comforts of home. You have thought of everything. Thank you so much.
