The fully equipped kitchen offers a fantastic place to whip up tasty meals for the group, while the inviting living room encourages you to kick back and relax in front of the flat-screen Smart TV with cable and soundbar (a total of 3 flat-screen TVs are available).

Enjoy spending time on the large back deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining area, overlooking the tranquil Eel Pond, a saltwater inlet with ocean access via kayak or shallow draft boat. After a long day exploring the area, come home to take a quick catnap on the porch, or gather your companions for the ultimate family cookout!
When you’re ready to call it a night, retreat to one of the comfy beds awaiting in the private bedrooms. You'll also be a short walk from oceanfront tennis courts and a playground during your stay.

Be sure to pack your hiking shoes because the Bourne Conservation Trust Hiking Trails are a stone's throw from the property!

Thanks to the home’s proximity to the coast, you can indulge in some of the greatest New England seafood that exists! Be sure to stop by Lobster Trap Restaurant for a fantastic Cape Cod waterfront dining experience.
