We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so homey and the cleanliness is superb. We will be back next summer.

Great Spot! Right by the water and the Lobster Trap (yum!) Nice place to relax and walk around. Very pretty inside out with everything you need to cook or grill. Nice beachy decor and amazing water pressure both inside and outside!

Mary's house was very nicely furnished without too much extra stuff - very clean and plenty of space for personal belongings. The large dining table in the kitchen easily seated six as did the table and chairs on the deck. The bedroom with the bunk bed was a favorite for the "kids". The outside shower was great and enjoyed by all. The yard was nicely landscaped too. Nearby are a beach, playground, bakery, ice cream shop and convenience store and excellent local restaurants. Our family of two adults and two young children enjoyed four different beaches in the Town of Bourne/free concert in the park and a trip to Heritage Gardens! Mary was always available to answer questions prior to our stay. Highly recommmend. show more show less

Very clean, beautiful gardens, nice shower outside with hot water, washer and dryer. Be careful of toaster, get VERY hot. Love the location, need to park on road to use beach, so get there early. Out of traffic and congestion. Try library-they have events that are free for families. Pizza place, ice cream and store very good.

This is a lovely home near the water. The best part of the house is the outdoor shower, which may sound odd, but it is such a "Cape thing". The shower was spacious with slate floor and plenty of hot water! it helped that we had great weather. The house was clean and very well stocked - from paper towels to laundry detergent and kitchen amenities and cookware. The house is on the corner of a quiet road and slightly busy road. Within easy walking distance to the ice cream shop, convenience store and excellent corner sandwich/pizza place. The beach is a about a 10 minute walk. Mary was an excellent host and very responsive. This house was absolutely perfect! Such a great location, very clean and a lovely space! The backyard was very nice and the patio was a great space!

This house was updated and very clean. Everything was as described. The location is terrific…just a few minute walk from the beach, and a terrific ice cream shop even closer. The property has a nice backyard in which to relax while grilling. The outside shower was also a nice addition. Mary was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great stay! Cozy comfortable home close stroll to everything. Appreciate how close it was to the beach and bakery and loved sitting out on the porch and the view from the outdoor shower. There was a bed for everyone in the family. Can't wait to come back to the cape.
