Follow the sidewalks for a short walk to restaurants, ice cream, a playground, a marina (where you can board a Whale Watch or private fishing charter), Millway Beach, and downtown Barnstable village where you will find more restaurants, a coffee shop, and our favorite one stop shopping spot, Barnstable Market!

Enjoy the peaceful quiet of the walkable neighborhood along with the convenience of being within a ten minute drive to the hub of Hyannis.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Enjoy the full eat in kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials (Keurig/coffee pods provided). You will also have access to an all-in-one washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a large table offering space for a group to eat. Relax in the living room on a sectional with a Roku TV so you can access all of your streaming apps. There is also a full bath with bathtub.

The whole cottage is equipped with Central A/C and ceiling fans are in the kitchen and living room. Also provided are:

    What is special about this property?
    We really love the location of this cottage and are excited to share it! Tucked away on a peaceful dead end street that leads to a private beach, you will also be walking distance to many amenities and a short drive away from the Rail Trail, Cape Cod Mall, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, etc!
