Immaculately maintained and recently updated, it sleeps up to 7 people comfortably, has 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk-bed with an additional trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry/dryer, a large loft with a 3-way game table, a couch and a futon bed; a living room, lounge room and dining room; 2 TVs, and outdoor rinse off shower.

The rooms are individually temperature controlled. The deck, surrounded by lush garden and Cape’s oak and pine forest, has a lot of seating and a grill.

It is only 9 minutes from Craigville Beach, one of the few sandy and truly warm public water beaches on the Cape. Whether you are looking to spend your day on a lake or ocean beach, biking along rail trails, spending a day at a water park, going out to eat on Hyannis Main Street, watching a sunset and flying kites, going deep-sea fishing, taking a ferry to one of the islands – this home is your welcoming base to return to, all year long!

The house is welcoming to people with disabilities, providing one-floor living and an adult-sized crib-bed. ADA removable ramp to get over 2 steps from the garage to the main level can be provided upon request.
