Welcome to our two bedroom beach house in West Hyannisport! It was recently constructed in June 2021 and offers classic Cape Cod charm with modern amenities.

The first floor features an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a full bathroom with shower and laundry. An abundance of natural sunlight floods through many windows and French doors leading out to a large back deck overlooking Halls Creek, a saltwater creek leading to the ocean that is home to ducks, swans, turtles and other wildlife. The living room includes a large couch that easily fits four, oversize lounge chair and smart TV set up with many streaming services. The dining room table fits at least six and breakfast bar has stools for two. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, gas stove and new appliances.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom holds a queen bed and writing desk for work-from-home needs. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and twin bunk that can hold adults with weight capacity of 400 pounds per bunk. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and dressers, as well as a joint walk out balcony that overlooks the creek.

Our deck has a large sectional couch and Weber gas grill, is very private, peaceful and quiet - interrupted only by the sound of rustling leaves above and the family of ducks who visit daily, and is sure to be your favorite place to spend a day.

The home features full air conditioning with units on the main level and in both bedrooms, WiFi, Nest thermostats and on-demand hot water, as well as driveway parking for five.

A quick walk down the street brings you to our private association beach and picnic area with expansive views of Nantucket Sound. At low tide, a large sandbar allows you to wade out to the barrier island. Less than a mile down the main road, you'll be at the renowned Craigville Beach. Make sure to bring beach towels, chairs and an umbrella, which are all available at the house, and spend a day with your toes in the sand. Don't forget a visit to Four Seas Ice Cream just one minute drive further. A five minute drive the other direction brings you to Main Street in Hyannis with many restaurants, bars and shops. read more show less
