About Sandwich Auction House...Auctions are held several times a month throughout the year and are comprised strictly of consigned merchandise - we do not purchase items for our auctions. In addition to our General Estates and Antiques Auctions, we offer specialty auctions at least once a month. For instance, for the past 20 years we have conducted an auction of oriental rugs every month. These auctions offer approximately 100 beautiful new and semi - antique hand woven oriental rugs to our customers without reserve. Every carpet is sold to the highest bidder. We have sold over 30,000 oriental rugs to buyers from all over New England. Almost 300 lots of antiques, general furnishing and decorative items in each sale.
