I've ordered Hugs&Kisses for my mom, but instead of cute nicely arranged bouquet http://teleflora.edgesuite.net/images/products/HW0_328329.jpg, mom received a bunch of random different length flowers (they do not even fit together!), carelessly put together, without any effort to make it look even close that nice as it's on the picture on the site. Mom was even wondering if it was really me who chose the "bouquet" for her, since it was so "awkward" softly speaking. Was trying to contact them on the email provided on the site, but received a message that email address does not exist!Very disappointed in your service, definitely would not recommend it to others.

I had ordered flowers through a national service who contacted this florist to deliver. I had ordered 3 days in advance to give to my wife for our 12th wedding anniversary. The flowers never came... I sat at 6pm on the phone in the bathroom trying to find out what happened. Needless to say, no flowers for my wife on her anniversary. They called me the next day to say they were going to deliver the flowers. When I explained how dissapointed I was, I was told "the 30 dollars for this order just isn't worth it"... Can you imagine that a florist doesn't think delivering flowers for an anniversary. After speaking with the national company I ordered through, they arranged to send flowers a day late. Unfortnately again these were ordered through the Provicetown Florist. The few littel roses in the pack were already starting to die and by the second day were turning brown. The worst part is that I wrote a funny and loving note to my wife and the florist only had half of it on the card so it didn't even make sense. One bad experience from a florist is bad enough, two is just awful. It shows a clear lack of caring about their business and their customers... Especially when they say it's "just not worth it" to us. I really had wished that the beautiful flowers I ordered would be a highlight of our anniversary. But because of Provincetown Florist, I spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what happened, and what to do about it. What a dissapointing experience.
