New England Lock & Key

Prior to the arrival of our first summer guests, Jack installed an electronic keypad on our entry door. We thought it was a great idea--no keys!--and each set of guests could have their own assigned code for opening the door, which could then be erased from memory once they had left. It WAS a great idea, until one set of guests had unexpected and unexplainable troubles, leading to damages to the keypad. Jack was on the case from the get-go, repairing and ultimately replacing the keypad. He was always professional, efficient, polite, and even patient. As absentee owners, we would have had great difficulties solving this problem without his help. We happily and forcefully recommend New England Lock & Key!
