I have been a client of Nauset Management for the past 3 years since I bought my house in Orleans. When not on the Cape, I am in New York. Nauset Management monitors my house year round and they are there as my property agent during the rental season. They are ALWAYS available to help in any situation and they go way above and beyond to make sure everybody is happy. When my tenants have had any issue, they are ready and able to take care of it. When I have deliveries happening or anything else that needs an onsite presence, they come to the rescue again. I wouldn't be able to manage my house on the Cape without their help. We have been using Nauset Management home watch services for our home for several years now and they are extremely reliable, conscientious and smart - which means something. They make good decisions, call and email if there is a problem, and ask the right questions. They help you with a preparedness check list, and host a website to update you on major Cape Cod weather events. Because the owner has a background in construction, they spot things in your home that others might miss, and know how to take care of things, making our absences worry-free and secure.

Jon has been looking after our property for over 6 years. He does what he says he will do and keeps us up to date on storms and other issues that could affect our property. He checks the inside as well as the outside of the house and goes over after a storm to make sure everything is OK without us having to ask him to. On the rare occasion when the security alarm goes off, he is the person the alarm company contacts and Jon has always managed to resolve the issue timely. He has never failed to impress us with his professionalism and his willingness to help out. He is the best and we are very happy with his services.

Jon jumped in quickly to take over our property management in 2011 or 2012 and has been reliable, trustworthy and has provided exceptional service since then. His weather blog has always been helpful during the typical Cape weather events but particularly this winter. He has coordinated maintenance services efficiently and with good providers and has also provided skilled carpentry and window replacements.

Last season, he pulled into my driveway to see a burst pipe after the thaw of an extraordinarily harsh winter. He was quick to respond by shutting the water off and getting a plumber in within 24 hours. This mishap could have cost me many thousands of dollars, with the additional headache of working with an insurance company, but instead I paid the cost of a new pipe with proper wrapping. It also saved me potential lost rental revenues.
