About HouseSpouse...In addition to property management services, HouseSpouse offers independent, agenda-and-sales-pitch-free evaluations of homes to keep you on top of home maintenance. It's like a check up for your home! After the evaluation you are presented with a report that tells you what things should be addressed and how soon you should address them. We can perform some of the needed work, refer you to contractors for work we can't do, or you can choose to do the work yourself. Our mission is not simply to sell you services but to help homeowners keep on top of maintenance and get the most out of their homes.
