If you are looking to get away from it all then this is the beach for you. A little isolated and off the beaten path, Longnook has massive sand dunes line that beach. The beach has smaller waves and is a great spot for boogie boarding. A steep sand dune is the only entrance down to the beach - access may be difficult for some visitors. Parking is only for residents
Longnook Beach is dreamy… It wasn’t beach weather when I was there but I couldn’t imagine a more zen beach… so big, clean, beautiful… Picturesque perfection!!

The most idyllic, secluded beach on the Cape.

I like Head of the Meadow but my husband liked Longnook. But both are beautiful and not overcrowded. I love watching the seals.

Long Nook is our favorite! Feels like a private beach - very secluded and beautiful. You have to be willing to walk down a steep dune hill to get to the beach (and back up when you want to leave) but it’s worth it!

Best place for surfing and body surfing, at low tide, of course. Very nice sandy beach, spectacular view from the cliff.

Every morning we had the speech basically to ourselves for the most amazing dog walks ever! The landscape was stunning in the access was easy.

It's beautiful! The large dune and small parking lot keeps the number of people down so never feels crowded. Unless its one of the years when high tide comes very close to dunes and you happen to be there at high tide....
