Was tailgated down the trail to the point where we had to pull over before the car behind us hit us, while we were trying to navigate the paths and oncoming cars. We finally make it there and the man who almost hit us is talking to the “guard” or whatever he’d like to call himself. He has the man pull over and then tells us that the lot is full. There was multiple cars behind us. It was quite obvious the situation and the aggressive driver clearly new the guy at the beach. Don’t waste your time. Disgusted by this behavior and they should be ashamed of themselves.

When we were driving here we kept thinking we made a mistake and had ended up on a private beach.... With lobsters, mussels and clams in tow we had the most amazing (essentially private) picnic on the beach at sunset. Where else can you get that in MV?!

Water is great for young kids- gentle and shallow. Good boat watching.
