Water Type: Salt water

Good for: Swimming, Walking, Skimboarding
The calm, bayside waters of Corporation Beach are warm and perfect for children and families. When the tide goes out, plenty of tide pools are left behind for exploring. Dennis Public Market runs a concession stand here. There is a decent amount of parking at this beach. Weekly and daily parking permits are available from the town of Dennis.
Our kids always find the most critters here and it’s more kid and grandparent friendly, with a short walk to, and on, the sand. It also has bathrooms and a great snack bar.

An uncrowded beach with great vistas. On a clear day, it’s possible to see the Pilgrim’s Tower in Provincetown at the far northern tip of Cape Cod. Comfortable walking at high or low tide. And on any day, the higher level benches are a great place to while away the hours, or to take advantage of the swings and clean restrooms.

While we love Mayflower, we find the kids and grandparents love Corporation best. You don’t need to walk as far to find a good spot (key for grandparents who don’t do well walking in the deep sand), clean bathrooms, snack shack and swings, and lots more ocean life for the kids to find because of the sea grass and jetties. We’ve had days at Mayflower where they don’t even find any hermit crabs, but at Corporation they’ve found those, sand crabs, squid, horseshoe crabs, starfish, and more. They tend to have a much busier and fun day there. It’s also much less windy on that side than say, Smugglers, which, when windy, is just an awful experience.
Great beach for families! The shallow waters durning low-tide are a lot fun for kids.

This beach has been a family favorite for many years because of the calm water and view. Arrive early to get parking. The water is cool so it’s best on a very warm or hot day.

Great for kids, the low and high tides are a lot of fun for the kids. Snack bar and bathrooms located pretty much right on the beach.

Perfect for younger kids and parents, especially around low tide. A little cold, to be sure, but little-to-no surf, a great view, and plenty of sandcastle-building materials. Clean public bathrooms with running water and a snack shop, too.

Get there early. Or late. Or be prepared to wait in line for a parking spot. It’s a gentle, gradually sloping beach with mild “surf” and excellent facilities - snack bar, rest rooms, shower towers.
