Burton Baker Beach is a small, public beach on Indian Neck in Wellfleet with views of Great Island. Parking is very limited so it is often limited to residents and guests within walking distance. 1/2 mile down the road is the larger, Indian Neck Beach, with more parking.At low tide, mud flats are exposed and are great for kids to explore and look for shells.Shellfishing is allowed in the Indian Neck area, but permits are required. Check with the Town of Wellfleet for specific requirements.There are numerous vacation rentals on Burton Baker Beach along Samoset Ave. and others within close walking distance in the neighborhood.

Omaha and Burton Baker Beaches are a short walk away [Vacation Rental ID 28372], easy access (no dune) and easy entry into the the water at high tide for swimming and low tide for splashing around.
