It is in a very quiet environment with well-kept, professionally landscaped homes. Our home has upgraded interior decorations and very fine furniture that even the most discriminating guest will appreciate. Our professional managment company ensures pristine cleanliness on your arrival. We also invite you to bring your small, well behaved pet.

This is a very large, well-furnished home for this rental amount, especially considering that a $5,000 upgrade to the 16' X 32' pool has been recently completed including a complete resurfacing and the addition of a heat pump that will warm the pool to bath water temps!

This spacious pool home is a long-term rental home, and it's priced at $2,500 per month for the High season, which is January 1 through April 30 each year. Pool heating is $10/day extra. It's also available during the Low season, which is May 1 through December 31, for $2,000.00 per month.
Double front entrance doors, home is all on one level, and handicap aids are installed in the bathrooms.

The golf course is within walking distance and is considered one of the best in the area. The beach is only a 1 1/2 mile drive away. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away. Our location at the top of the Tampa Metropolitan area provides many opportunities for day trips. Just north of our area is Weekee Watchee, in Homasassa Springs, where the Manatee play! Well worth the 20 minute drive if you've never seen these gentle giants of the sea before.

Please note that a $75 cleaning fee is added to all rental rates. One third of the total rent is due at the time of your reservation, another one third is due 180 days in advance of the arrival date, and the last third, along with the security deposit (20%) is due at least 60 days in advance of your arrival date. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure date assuming no damage to the property. Pool heat is optional and is $10/day extra.
