The master beroom has an adjoing bathroom with stall shower, large, walk-in closet and TV. The guest room features pretty Florida colors in the decor and is adjacent to the full main bath.The villa also has a den/office with comfortable seating, cable and desk for writing or your laptop computer. High speed internet can be provided. Most rooms have cable and TV outlets so the three TV units can be configured as you wish. The screened in lanai is comfortable for reading or elaxing.
The large back yard is a pleasant oasis for barbecues and outdoor enjoyment, while the front patio is a wonderful spot to hang out or read a book. There is an attached garage for secure storage and parking. All this is located in an attractive University Drive area community where walking and biking are enjoyed and shopping and dining are only minutes away. Sarasota's famed barrier beach, Longboat Key is only a 10 mile drive and Siesta Key is a few miles further south on Route 41. The Ringling Art Museum and Theater are just a short drive to the west at University Drive and Route 41.
Your 12 month stay entitles you to elect to become a member at Palm-Aire Country Club with access to all amenities for $500 per month.
