Tastefully decorated condominium in gated Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club resort, located just 15 minutes from the beautiful soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach and close to the outstanding restaurants, shopping, and culture of the Sarasota Area.
Enjoy this roomy, non-smoking condominium for your winter retreat. It is turnkey furnished with all appliances and linens, silk flower arrangements, and original art. The screened-in lanai overlooks the golf course. The master bedroom has king-sized bed and private bath, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. For your added comfort and convenience, internet access,an answering machine, coffeemaker, toaster oven, TV with digital cable and VCR/DVD, towels, and ceiling fans for the nine-foot ceilings are also provided.
A private lockable storage unit with a space for a bike for renters' use is adjacent to reserved covered parking. A pool and tennis court are right in front of our building. Our unit is on the first floor.

Join fellow snowbirds at Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club this winter. Golf, visit nearby beaches and make new friends. Mid-April thru November, very reasonably priced.
The unit is close to the covered parking and with only several steps up the path to the condo. The master bath has a walk in shower.
