4 levels of living space each with its own character and amenities
- Heated pool on the ground level surrounded by a tumbled imported marble patio/pool deck furnished with comfortable furniture and dining table. The out door kitchen located on this level is perfect for grilling and prepareing your favorite tropical drinks. All this is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.
- The 1st floor has a verand and generous entry area to great guess and access leading to 2 master bedroom suites with rain head showers and a large guest/kids bedroom with private bath and whirlpool tub. Also a set of full size washer and dryers are on this level.
- On the 2nd floor is the cathedral ceiling living and dining areas and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The veranda just off the kitchen and great room is set up for both lounging in aderondak chairs and outdoor dining while watching the sunsets over rhe Gulf! There is also a study with a queen size trundle bed which converts the room into a bedroom with private bath and direct access to the north deck.
- The 3rd floor loft with view of the ocean looks down onto the dining and living areas withaccess to a sun/observation deck giving excellent views of the gulf, state preserve and the back bay. The loft also has a high quality sofa couch and makes a neat sleaping area!
- Each bedroom and the great room has a TV with DVD players
- Computer with high speed internet and wireless router. Bring your laptop and sit on the vearada or patio and surf the net!
- Stereo through out the great room, dining area and the kitchen.
- All the flooring is imported Italian porcelain throughout the home
- Custom cabinets and stone counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms
- The 2 master bedroom suites and 2 additional bedrooms sleep a total of 8 people; a quality fold out couch in the loft provides room for 2 more guests if needed
- Rain head and hand held showers in the two master bathroom showers
- Complete kitchen with stainless appliances. Fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals.
- 2nd kitchen with grill on the ground floor patio. Complete with sink and refrigerator
- Ocean views from the great room, kitchen level veranda and deck. A wonderful spot to dine outside or just sit, relax and watching the sunset.
- Miles of beach is just a few hundred yards down the sand lane with golf cart parking. Some of the best shelling and fishing around.

Activities and Attractions
Go for a ride in your golf cart supplied with every rental, Hiking, biking, tennis, basketball, fitness center, fishing, wildlife viewing, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, jet skiing, shelling, rafting, swim in our private pool or use our membership to the North Captiva Island Club's two large pools, sauna, or hot tub. Do not forget to visit the pool bar for the frozen specialty drinks.
