Large private beach retreat home (5br/3ba, 1936 square feet) on a very private street, just 2 houses or about 400 feet to nearly private West Gulf Drive beach, a beach noted for its good shelling.
All rooms are large and airy. Vaulted ceilings. Large heated, screened pool and standalone hot tub. Very large home with room for 10+ persons easily, even at the large dining room table. The 5th bedroom has the computer desks & high speed internet wired connection (with wireless router), so it serves as either a den or a bedroom (with a full bed, which is 54 × 75 in).
Elevator from garage to 2nd floor, no need to use the stairs!
Everything you may need for a relaxing beach getaway is provided, all you need to bring is your food, clothing and personal items.

Sanibel Zoning law requires a minimum of 28 nights for private homes; thus we can't rent less than 4 weeks at any of our 5 Sanibel vacation homes.

Rental Minimum 28 days, 4 weeks. Sorry, weekly rentals not allowed by Sanibel law for private homes. This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.

Long term rentals may be available, depending on availability and length of stay, since we have 5 rental homes. Seasonal Rates for 4 weeks are: low season from $4,396, high season up to $12,600 (Feb/March) (plus 11% FL taxes).
Discounts may be applied for longer term rentals. Discounts amounts depend on which dates, length of stay and availability.

A peaceful, quiet and large island home which is furnished with maximum enjoyment and comfort in mind. This home has two master bedroom suites with baths ensuite, both with king beds and TV/DVDs. The other two main bedrooms have a king and two twins respectively.
All amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, wireless & high speed internet and network, toddler beds, high chair, and video lending library -- anything that you might want for an enjoyable and relaxing beach vacation.
Value priced for a home this size (5 br/3ba) which is very difficult to find on Sanibel Island.

Final note, please remember that this home and other private homes are NOT AVAILABLE BY THE WEEK, a 28 day or 4 week minimum rental is required by the City of Sanibel.
We have other homes available, but all are 4 weeks' minimum rental, by law. Sorry, but we may not be able to answer inquiries or requests for weekly rental information, but will make every effort! We are kept pretty busy with 5 individual Sanibel vacation homes to take care of!
