Our two bedrooms, two baths plus den unit at Sanddollar is a spacious 1,660 sq. ft. oceanfront condo, at the much desirable Sanddollar complex. Our unit has a 26' screened-in porch overlooking the ocean - a panoramic view. You can lay in the master bed and see and hear the ocean. Walk out on to porch from living room and also master bedroom. Master bedroom (13 x 19) has a king sized bed, two closets & twin vanities. Guest room has twin beds, and den has sofa-sleeper which closes off for privacy. There is a utility room in our unit with full sized washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with barstools at counter plus dining room. Our unit is updated frequently and the complex is meticulously maintained with lush tropical landscaping surrounding. Three televisions (VCR/DVD/CD players) Nice sized swimming pool, three tennis courts and two patio areas with barbeque grills add to enjoyment. Sanddollar is centrally located on Middle Gulf Drive, close to restaurants and shops.
