Relax and unwind in the luxurious SeaCrest Home. This home is your own private beach retreat with all the amenities of a hotel, and offers the privacy to totally relax and enjoy your tropical surroundings. Private lush pool area, several sun decks and screened lanai's beckon you to call this your home away from home.
This home was newly decorated and furnished in 2004-2005 and is ready for your enjoyment. The decor is neutral and attractive with a nautical theme to enhance its seaside and boating location.
The home also features an eight thousand pound boat dock. Canal is between 8ft. high tide and 2 feet low tide.
There are two screened lanais and two sun decks for your relaxation.
The kitchen is well equipped with center island, designer dishes, ice maker, you name it! Seating for up to ten in adjacent dining area surrounded by floor to ceiling glass. Opens to back deck and water views. Outside gas grill provided.
Extra large master suite is private and located on it's own second floor. It features a private sun deck with limited ocean views,a king size bed, a futon, Entertainment unit with LCD TV and DVD player, two HUGE mirrored walk in closets, double vanities and a shower with private toilet closet, ceiling fan.
There are two guest bedrooms on the first level. The queen size room is decorated with naturical/ beach theme in pale yellows and blue hues. There are vaulted ceilings in this room and access to the large back deck from double sliding doors. Two large closets and private bathroom with shower in the hall. This bedroom has a LCD TV and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom features two twin beds with trundles underneath. Great room for extra guests or kids. Please do note that when all four twin beds are in use it is a tight fit! Features nautical decor, vaulted ceilings, large closet, large dresser, mirror, ceiling fan and TV.
Two car garage, boat dock, quiet neighborhood, mid-island location. This home is just a quick 2-3 minute walk, or 280 yards, from the water. Ft. Myers Beach is a beautiful seven mile stretch of white sandy beach.
Trolley rides (around 25 cents) to Times Square- a wharf type area with entertainment and dining, fishing pier, water and jet ski, boat rentals, parasail, bike rentals, deep sea fishing, high speed ferry to Key West, beach volleyball, nature centers, smaller public water park, playgrounds,shopping, golf near by, etc. For more info, see their private website.

"A fabulous, large, clean and beautifully maintained property. Susan was a joy to deal with and kept me regularly informed throughout the year leading up to arrival. She even provided English tea in our welcome basket and e-mailed me directions to the nearest Publix! My family and I cannot wait to return and are already saving our money to book again for next year. I have stayed in a lot of Florida rental properties but this is the best. It suited the whole family. Pool for my young son, sea for me, walks on the beach for my husband, nightlife close by for my neice, boat dock for her partner. Just wonderful. I cannot say more."
