This third-floor condo offers a cheerful décor. Step through the doorway and view the living room directly ahead, with its beige wall-to-wall carpet and Renoir-like color scheme. There is a palette of garden-like hues in the upholstered sofa and easy chair, as well as in the wall-to-wall, floor-length Florida blinds. The blinds open to reveal a balcony view softened by the tops of three palm trees.

Beyond the excellent quality new queen sized sofa bed lies the bedroom area, containing two twin beds joined together and made up as a king, two bedside bureaus with reading lamps, and a large additional bureau. Two standard sized windows, with matching blinds, can be opened to the outside air, if desired. The adjacent bathroom includes a large closet space and ironing facilities. Heating, air-conditioning, automatic fire sprinklers, a telephone, TV and DVD player are included.
Club facilities are continually upgraded. There is a paved walkway to a shallow tidal pool hosting varieties of native birds. One can view a fine white sand beach directly in front of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club that is directly accessable across a shallow tidal pool (ankle deep), or by going 200ft around bushes to the beach without crossing water – free of crowds. Excellent maintenance never fails, as can be observed in the swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard court and garden areas. Also available are an outdoor grill, laundry facilities and plenty of chairs for lounging and reading around the pool and facing the beach.
Everything you’ll need is within walking distance, including a small food market (or if you prefer a supermarket two or three minutes by car), restaurants, a hardware store, a gift shop with a local post office, and a drugstore. A few blocks away is a new, not-too-large movie theater with informal tables and seating arrangements for casual dining while watching a current film. A two or three minute drive will take you to an on-island golf course and four or five to a very good island library.
If you desire to move a little further out from the immediate condo neighborhood, a rich array of activities are available, including art museums, concerts, theater events, bird watching, nature lectures and tours, canoe trips, boating and fishing – a great place to spend your vacation.
