My home is very close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops. Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest developments to Disney. It takes 8 minutes to drive to the entrance to Animal Kingdom so is ideal for coming home to relax at midday. It is less than 4 minutes drive from the 192 and its good selection of restaurants.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 1 with king bed, 1 queen and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it will sleep a maximum of 10 people. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom. This has a door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming.
The pool is south facing with a massive sun deck so gets the sun all day long. The standalone Jacuzzi/hot tub will seat 6 people and has 18 jets. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the direct sunlight. Padded patio furniture is provided. A fence has been put around the property for added privacy.
For entertainment there is a large football table in the garage! We have cable television with the choice of 200 digital channels in the lounge and 70 standard channels in the bedrooms. There is a 50 inch plasma HDTV in the lounge and TVs in 3 of the bedrooms, a video player and stereo system. There is also a Playstation2 with eyetoy and karaoke.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen plus a washer and dryer. Bedlinens and towels are provided. The use of a large safe is included for your total peace of mind. For more info, see http://www.floridapoolvillas.com.
