The house is equipped with everything that you will need to make your vacation as pleasurable as possible, complete with:
Bedrooms - 3 plus
Master Suite - Queen size bedroom with sliding glass doors opening onto pool and patio. Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, WC and twin vanity units. Walk-in wardrobe with hangers.
Second Bedroom - Double bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers, chest of draws, bedside cabinets with table lamps.
Third Bedroom - 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe with hangers, chest of draws, bedside cabinets with table lamps.
Convertible sofa bed in living room for parties of 7 or 8. A second bathroom with bath, shower, WC and vanity unit is adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. A hairdryer is in the master bedroom.

Living areas
Carpeted throughout, Fully air-conditioned (and heating, although rarely needed!) Cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans. Family living room with cable TV. Living room has sliding glass doors opening onto pool and patio. Dining area adjacent to living room with dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic tile floor - American style white kitchen with kitchen table and chairs in breakfast nook, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, full sets of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment. Utility room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens, bedding and towels provided (guests need only bring beach and pool side towels if required). Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher. Telephone (local calls free). We can offer a wired modem for Hi-speed internet connection but renters need to bring their own Laptop/Computer.
Outside
Private screened pool (30’ x 15’) and patio with pool furniture. The pool has underwater lighting for your convenience in the evenings. The depths vary from 3ft at one end to 5.5ft at the other. The shallow end has steps leading down into the pool. The house has a driveway for off road parking for 2 cars.
Surrounding Area
Within a mile is a shopping center, offering a supermarket, fast food restaurants, a pharmacy plus other stores. There is also an ATM cash machine and postal facilities. A 5 minute drive gets you to WalMart next to the Osceola Exit on the Florida Turnpike. A 10 minute drive gets you to the numerous and varied restaurants along Highway 192 all inexpensive and even cheaper if you take along the vouchers found in many of the publicity leaflets distributed from many outlets. Disney and MGM studios is within a 15 minute drive with Seaworld 20 minutes and Universal Studios 25 minutes. The Kennedy Space Center is 55 minutes to the east with Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches about 1.5 hours to the south west. There are many golf courses and shopping malls plus ‘Designer
Outlets’ within the area.
