This beautiful villa offers many facilities and can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort.

Upon entering the villa you arrive into the lounge area where you can enjoy formal dining or a more relaxed seating area on comfortable sofas. From here you enter the kitchen which is the central focal point of the villa, ensuring that food preparation will not leave you feeling left out of the activities going on in the family room or outside by the pool. The kitchen has a wonderful light airy feeling.

Leading off from the family room, there are four bedrooms, all with TV's. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, shower, WC and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, WC and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom is a twin bedded room with built in wardrobes. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and fitted wardrobes and is ideal for the kids! All the bedrooms have TV’s. The third bathroom is adjacent to the pool making it a useful facility when relaxing around the pool area and entertaining outside. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge area should you wish to accommodate the maximum of 10 people.

The private pool (26 x 12) is surrounded by a large deck area, with ample seating to accommodate 10 people. There is an additional external porch adjacent to the pool bath, to give you shade from the hot Florida sun. For safety, there is a removable screen, to separate the pool from the villa. This will assist you in preventing unauthorised and unsupervised use, by children of the pool. The pool can be heated as an optional extra.

The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. There is a telephone (which accepts incoming calls and local outgoing calls only). If you wish to make outgoing long distance or international and other calls, you can do so by using your credit card. The automatic washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the large double garage along with the ironing board and iron. For your convenience all linen, house towels and pool/beach towels are provided for your use.

This new executive villa is fully furnished to the highest standards to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full. The villa is a fantastic base for you to take advantage of the surrounding attractions before returning to the villa and relaxing around the pool.
