Completely relax in this clean & bright 2 story 1,451 sf townhouse with many onsite and nearby activities. Plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. On site there are kayaks and canoes, tennis courts, a heated pool, outdoor shower & shell washing station. Sanibel is the #1 shelling site in the country. Across the street is the Wildlife Refuge which resides on 5,000 acres can be seen on foot, by car or on a bike path. The clean, wide white sugar sand beach is only a foot bridge away. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys , mats & towels provided. There are many restaurants to choose from. Sporting equipment provided for tennis, paddleball, a small bag of golf clubs & fishing.
