This unit is in the Gulf-front building and is only 2nd unit back from the Gulf-front units, featuring a wonderful view of the Gulf from every room, screened lanai and swimming pool (largest on island) in the lovely landscaped courtyard below.
Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai watching the avid shell collectors down on the beach, listening to seagulls and best of all, just relaxing! Ocean surf can be heard day and night, by leaving sliding doors slightly ajar (great for lulling yourself to sleep!).

Master bedroom has king bed, TV/DVD/VCR and is beautifully decorated in pastel yellow/green, romantic country French decor. The guest bedroom has a private bath, double bed, TV/VCR, done in safari motif with touches of Ernest Hemmingway. The pastel blue living room has a queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, 2 comfy recliners, TV/DVD/VCR and stereo system. The dining area has glasstop dining table, ceiling fan, 6 white leather chairs and barstools. Assortment of children's beach and pool toys, games, and beach chairs and towels, are available for your use.
Sanibel Island is a beach comber's dream. Known as one of the best seashell hunting destinations in the United States, Sanibel has given a name to an entirely new posture: the ''Sanibel Stoop.'' On a daily basis, Sanibelīs unusual east/west orientation brings thousands of seashells up on shore. Over two thousand varieties can be found on Sanibelīs beaches. Visit the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum. It is the only seashell museum in Florida, and indeed in the entire world.
