each. This area is re...ally great for kids!!The balcony features bar height furniture & storage box with beach chairs & toys. The kitchen appliances were all replaced December 2002, the oven is self-cleaning with a glass surface top, & it's is fully stocked with everything you'll need! The bathroom is located downstairs by the master bedroom - it was just totally renovated with all new sink,cabinet,fixtures,paint,decor,etc. It turned out great!Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom, the den, and the loft bedroom with the queen bed. The A/C condensing unit & air handler were recently replaced(8/2007),a new sliding glass door & new microwave/venthood have been installed, a frest coat of paint throughout the interior (11/2007) and the exterior of the building has been restuccoed & painted. Den furniture was all replaced May 2005. Free WiFi included, just bring your laptop & wireless card ... This place is better than ever!!
Nautical Watch is a family place with a great tropical pool (heated in the winter) that offers a unique shaped pool, grilling area with several grills & tables, restrooms, & lounge chairs. The low rise townhome style has a great friendly atmosphere unlike most hi rise
complexes. Being on the top floor is a huge plus - no one above making noise! Jimmy & Janet are right out front on the beach with cabana style beach chairs,umbrellas & seadoos for rent & fun banana boat rides. They are really sweet & helpful.
The famous Schooners Restaurant is just a one mile walk down the beach toward the east, St. Andrew's State Park is 3 miles east and it's just 3 miles west to Spinaker, 4 miles west to Pineapple Willys. Right in the perfect location. Montego Bay, Saltwater Grill, Angelos Steak House, Captain Andersons, Boat Yard, and many other great restaurants all just down the street. Golf courses, go carts, Shipwreck Island all very close by. Everything is here waiting on you!
Be sure to email or call to confirm available dates, someone could have cancelled so please check with us! Our calendar is kept up to date, a Saturday marked RED means someone has that NIGHT booked, if the week prior to it is available, then you would check out that Saturday morning (even though it is marked red).
Deposit of $150.00 due upon reservation booking, this holds your stated days. Total of stay due prior to check in. The reservation deposit becomes a damage deposit upon arrival & will be refunded in full after departure provided no damages have occurred & nothing is missing from unit. AGE RESTRICTION OF 25 YEARS OLD HIGHLY ENFORCED, proof of age is a required. NO unsupervised teenagers or young adults allowed - parents must be staying in the condo the entired time.
Visa, M/C, & certified checks accepted **MUST give 14 days notice of cancellation or forfeit deposit**
*No elevator, stairs only. This unit is on the top (3rd) floor.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If for any reason a guest (or that guest's friends, family, etc.) renting from us causes a disturbance or disruption in which we, Nautical Watch's office, or law enforcement are called, that guest and everyone in his or her party will be evicted and both the deposit & rent paid will be forfeited without any exceptions.
We booked up so fast this year, so be sure to book early to save your spring or summer week!! We are booking & Spring/Summer 2009 now, MANY WEEKS ALREADY TAKEN, but email or call to be sure because someone may have cancelled
