The Beach House has a large Living/Dining, full Kitchen, Florida Room and covered Patio. This home faces west so it gets lots of sunshine in the morning and evening. Cross the small neighborhood street to the uncrowded beach which is ranked one of America's top beaches. Busch Gardens and the Aquarium are nearby in Tampa.
