Minutes from Gulf beaches. Home is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Convenient to shopping and resturants, less than 5 minutes from Weeki Wachee. 10 minutes to Hudson beaches and Pine Island Beaches, 1 1/2 hours to Orlando, 40 minutes to Tampa airport.
Prefer 4 month rentals, but will consider 3 months. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. Just bring your suitcase! Timber Pines also has tennis, activities, dances, shopping minutes away, computer club, too much to mention. Smoking permitted in lanai and garage only please. Small dog considered, no cats. Transfer fee and tax additional.
