This charming walk up apartment was recently remodeled by the architect homeowner. It has a new queen size bed, some new appliances and furniture. It has a private raised deck for dining or barbequeing.
There is a canoe available for use and or bicycles. We are located in a quiet neighborhood about 50 yards from a park right on Sarasota Bay. The Ringling Museum and John Ringling home C'Zan are a 5 minute walk away. Downtown Sarasota is about 5 minutes away by car. The famous St. Armands shopping area and Lido Key and beaches are minutes away.
Parking is available on site right below the unit.
