Our condo is located in the gated community of Majestic Palms in South Ft Myers. The unit was built in 2006 and is 1711 sq ft. Location is right between Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island with tons of shopping and restaurants close by...some within walking distance. The nearest major intersection is McGregor Blvd and Gladiolus Dr.
Unit is located on the 4th floor with an elevator right around the corner. However, the door is away from foot traffic with the exception of the neighbor across the hall so hallway noise is minimal. The assigned covered parking space is right outside the building exit.
The master bedroom has a private bath with large walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has it's own door to the 2nd bath for privacy. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Den has queen pullout couch. The living, dining, kitchen area is one large open room with plenty of space for entertaining. Lanai is screened and accessed by door in living room.
